Return Policy

At Zambeza Seeds, we pride ourselves on providing our customers with only the highest quality cannabis seeds, cbd oil, and grow accessories.

With over 15 years of experience, our expert growers boast excellent knowledge of breeding, crossing, and growing techniques. All our products are expertly designed to help you grow the highest quality cannabis in the comfort of your own home.

However, should you experience any issues with a product (or parts of a product) ordered from us, we’ll gladly provide you with a refund. This is part of our commitment to quality and great customer service.

In the rare case you have any problems with any of our products, we ask you to contact us within 14 days and send the product back to us.

Below is a full breakdown of our returns and refund policy. If you have any extra questions, feel free to contact us.

RETURN POLICY

You have the right to return any products ordered from our store (or parts of any products ordered from our store) within 14 days of your purchase. You do not need to provide a reason for returning any products or parts.

Should you wish to exercise this right and return your order to us, notify us by letter or using the withdrawal form which should be sent by e-mail or post within this timeframe. 

During these 14 days, you are allowed to evaluate your purchased product as in a physical store. You may also open any packaging of a product unless it has been sealed. Should we decide that you have done more than simply evaluated your product, we may charge you for any loss in value.

If you have ordered multiple products with varying delivery times, the 14-day return period will expire after the final product comes into your possession.

In order to exercise these rights and return your product, we ask that you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via the contact form on our website or by calling us on +34 937 379 561 (08:00h - 16:00h).

We will send you a set of return instructions and a return label, and will also cover the costs of returning your products to us,

REFUNDS

All refunds for Zambeza products are processed within 14 days of returning the product. If you have returned the product without contacting us, we may ask you to provide us with a tracking code as proof prior to processing your refund.

We will not cover the costs of returning a product to us should you return it without contacting us first.

Refunds are processed in one of the following ways:
- Cash: We will send you cash in an envelope at your own risk.
- Bank transfer
- Credit card. Should a refund be processed more than 30 days after your initial credit card payment, your funds will be sent to you via bank transfer.

Products that came in a sealed package and have been opened (such as our cannabis seeds) will not be refunded.
